our good friends Brian and Ashley got married a few weeks ago and we still need to give a full recap of the wedding, which took place at the JP Parker Flower Farm just out of Franklin, Indiana. To say that the wedding was beautiful is an understatement. The bride looked incredible, the groom didn’t mess up, and we had a great time at a very unique wedding.
We will go into more details on this, but some a behind the scene theme of this wedding might have been a lesson in “help from the friends.” you wouldn’t believe it if you were there, but the engagement was a matter of 4 months or so. to say they were productive with their time is another huge understatment.
Here’s how they did it. Brian’s good friend from college ordained the couple. Brian and Ashley’s good friend David McMillin wrote and sang a beautiful tune for the ceremony, Ashley works at JP Parker Flowers and was able to work her connections for the reception and ceremony site, they used a photographer from the DePauw network ( Matt Bowen == brilliant photographer we HIGHLY recommend)… a family friend DJ… and surely many other contributions from both family and friends made for a memorable night.
